General Description
Grape harvest: Second week of September, the harvest selects only the best bunches that are situated on racks for 30 days to dry under the sun.
Organoleptic Characteristics: a concert of intense and clean fragrances. The taste recalls scents of fruits, almonds, honey, dried figs and flowers. Alcohol content from 13,5% to 14% vol. depending on the year.
Suggested food combinations: Excellent with matured or sweet cheeses. All Sicilian pastry, particularly indicated for pastry with an almond or pistachio base. Perfect for meditation.
