General Description
Grape harvest: Second week of September. The Vineyards are situated at 450 meters, with sandy and clay soil. The harvest is hand made.
Aging: one year to define at best the flavours and characteristics in steel barrels, with a successive aging in bottles for at least 6 months.
Organoleptic Characteristics: dark ruby wine. Clean fragrances with scents of red fruits. It takes centre stage on the palate with a sweet tannin. Alcohol content from 13,0% to 13,5% vol. depending on the year.
Suggested food combinations: Excellent with rich first course pasta dishes. With roast or grilled meats and cheeses.
