General Description
Grape Harvest: Hand-picked between end of September and the first days of October which is the best period to obtain the correct balance between acidity and sugars and anthocyanins polyphenols of this ancient native vine which has been rediscovered by our family
Ageing: After defining at best it's flavours and characteristics in steel the wine is then aged in the bottle for 6-8 months
Organoleptic characteristics of Nocera: Dark ruby wine with red violet reflections, clean and elegant with scents of flowers , fruits and delicate spicy notes. On the palate it takes a centre stage with its velvet and elegant tannin. Alcohol content from 13% to 13.5% vol. depending on the year.
Suggested food combination: Excellent with first course fresh pasta dishes (ravioli etc) with a delicate sauce or filling, veil or white meat. Interesting combination with vegetables and fresh or seasoned cheese. Perfect for meditation.
